Focus of 5th Belgrade Strategic Dialogue Conference is on Security Architecture Issues in Europe in order to revive the spirit of the Helsinki Final Act in the 21st century, which will be one of the main topics of the event. Under the conference title European Security at the Crossroads of Multilateralism and Unilateralism, public opinion representatives will have the opportunity to observe moderated panels on military-political aspects of the European security, as well as the role of public diplomacy in achieving lasting peace.  As a conference result, the group of the experts will create the Final act of the Conference.
